在严格限制的地块区域内，垂直凹槽允许东部夏季风在建筑物的北面形成一个低压区。该低压区允许办公空间的自然通风。允许这个凹槽弯曲连接地下公共区域与屋顶花园，为建筑物提供视觉识别。
