单独应用Pipeline栓塞装置治疗颅内动脉瘤：单中心经验

目的：本研究旨在评价医院单独应用Pipeline栓塞装置（PED）治疗动脉瘤的技术可行性和中期闭塞率。

Purpose:Theaimofthisstudywastoevaluatethetechnicalfeasibilityandrateofmid-termocclusioninaneurysmstreatedsolelywiththePipelineEmbolizationDevice(PED)inaGermantertiarycareuniversityhospital.

材料与方法：我院自年3月至年5月共行单独应用PED血管内治疗非连续性颅内动脉瘤49例。主要终点为经由OKMC1-3和D（O‘KellyMarotta量表）确定的动脉瘤良好闭塞。次要终点为复治率和迟发并发症。平均随访时间天。
